In this workshop students will learn "how" to do improv -- understanding musicality and motion to create original and natural movement. Get ready to open your mind, be creative, and drop everything you think you "know" about improv. Students will explore freedom of expression and how it manifests itselt in other styles of dance and the everyday movement. Lydia Rakov is a classically trained, free-lance dancer from New Jersey.
